These Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) legally govern the use of the services provided by the Theradoo.app website (hereinafter referred to as 'the site').
As a contract between the company Delisou Services and the User, access to the site requires the prior acceptance of these T&Cs. Accessing this platform implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
Article 2: Legal Notices
The publication of the Theradoo website is managed by the company Delisou Services, registered under Belgian company number BE 0872.036.037, with its registered office located at Rue des Petites Bruyères, 58, 4032 Chênée, Belgium.
The hosting of the Theradoo.app website is provided by the company OVH (OVH.com), located at 2 Rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
Article 3: Access to the Site
The site is accessible for free from anywhere by any user with internet access. All expenses related to accessing the services (hardware, internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
Access to services for registered members is provided through the use of an identifier and a password.
For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the editor without prior notice or justification.
Article 4: Data Collection
To create a User account, it is necessary and mandatory to collect information during registration on the site. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning computers, files, and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out with respect for privacy.
According to the Information and Freedom Act of January 6, 1978, articles 39 and 40, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their personal data. This right can be exercised by emailing contact@Theradoo.com.

Trademarks, logos, and the content of the Theradoo.app website (graphic illustrations, text, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and copyright.
Reproduction and copying of content by the User require prior authorization from the site. In such cases, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
Article 6: Liability
Although the information published on the site is considered reliable, the site reserves the right to make no guarantees regarding the reliability of sources.
Information presented on the site is purely informational and is not legally binding. Despite regular updates, the site cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions that may occur after publication. The same applies to the use and interpretation of information provided on the site.
The site disclaims all responsibility for any viruses that may infect the User's computer equipment after using or accessing this site.
The site cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or unpredictable and insurmountable actions by third parties.

Article 8: Cookies
During visits to the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on the User's browsing software.
Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the User's computer's hard drive. These cookies are necessary to ensure accessibility and navigation on the Theradoo.app site. These files do not contain personal information and cannot be used for identifying a person.
The information contained in cookies is used to improve browsing performance on the Theradoo.app site.
By browsing the site, the User accepts cookies. Disabling cookies can be done through the settings of the browsing software.
Article 9: Contract Duration
This contract is valid for an indefinite duration. The use of the site's services commences the application of the contract to the User.
No compensation can be claimed by the User in the event that Delisou Services' activities cease.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Belgian law. In cases of dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent Belgian courts are used to settle the dispute.
The privacy law, applicable from May 25, 2018, requires us to inform you that the Theradoo software stores personal data about you. As explained below, we ensure the implementation of appropriate technical measures to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the requirements of the aforementioned law and safeguards the rights of the individuals concerned.
The Theradoo software is developed by the company Delisou Services, located at Rue des Petites Bruyères, 58, 4032 Chênée, Belgium, with a company registration number of BE 0872.036.037. You can contact Delisou Services via email at contact@delisou.be. The Theradoo software is hosted on servers provided by the company OVH in France, at the following address: https://www.Theradoo.app. OVH is also compliant with GDPR rules.
The Theradoo.app software is hosted over HTTPS and secured with account and password access. Your Theradoo account will be automatically blocked after 5 incorrect password attempts. For enhanced security, users are required to change their password every 3 months, and the Theradoo software automatically logs out after 1 hour and 30 minutes of inactivity.
Each reflexologist using Theradoo has their data stored in an environment separate from other users. To ensure additional security in case of data theft, all data that can identify a person is encrypted with a unique key that is different for each user. This makes the data unreadable outside the Theradoo software.
The Theradoo software is free to access, and as a user, you are committed to complying with the legislation in force in the country where you operate. You are also committed to keeping internal and not reselling or distributing to third parties the information you record in the Theradoo software. In the case where a client registers via Theradoo's appointment scheduling module, they give their consent for you to store personal information about them. Otherwise, if you create the client in the Theradoo software yourself, we assume your client consents by default. Your client has the freedom to request an electronic report containing all the information about them stored in the Theradoo software. This report is available on the client's profile, via the 'GDPR' button. Your client has the right to request the deletion of their personal data, which you can do via the 'Delete' button. We guarantee that deleting a client erases all of the client's data with no possibility of recovery.
Your data will be stored in the Theradoo software for the entire duration of your use of Theradoo. In the case that you no longer wish to use Theradoo, your data will be completely erased. We guarantee that deleting a user erases all of that user's data with no possibility of recovery.
A daily backup of the data stored in the Theradoo software is performed on an external disk not connected to the internet. This backup is kept for a duration of 7 days in a location protected by an approved alarm system.
As a Theradoo user, the information saved about you includes: Name, surname, postal address, email address, and company number. At any time, you have the option, via your profile, to print an electronic report containing all the information about you stored in the Theradoo software.
